Copyright and Trademark Policy

All content included on this site is the property of Drum Corps International, Inc., and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved. Materials copyrighted or trademarked by Drum Corps International, including, but not limited to, audio recordings, video recordings, logos, graphics, photographic images, print materials; event results, score reports, and recaps; trademarks, and service marks (whether or not the material is included on this site) may not be used without express written permission from Drum Corps International. This includes audio and video recordings of performances at Drum Corps International events.

Drum Corps International may grant permission to use the foregoing on a case-by-case basis. Requests for permission must be made in writing. Requests for use of copyrighted music or other images owned by composers or others require you to secure copyright permission from the owner prior to your request to Drum Corps International. This release must be included with your written request. Should permission be granted, the release is on a one-time basis. Further use or reuse without permission is prohibited. All materials must be given appropriate credit; for video or still images, credit must be given to Drum Corps International as well as the photographer or video production agent.

Tickets

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available. Online ticket orders are filled with the best seats available based on the information provided and are automatically assigned. Ticket orders received in the DCI office starting 2 weeks prior to the date of the event will be held at will call. All foreign orders placed 1 month before the show will also be held at will call. If the price range you specify is not available the next best will be assigned.

A per ticket handling fee will be added to all ticket orders. All tickets are shipped via U.S. Mail with the exception of group ticket orders, which are sent via UPS®. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise

To return logo products or souvenirs, please contact DCI by email at dciprod@dci.org or by calling 317.275.1212 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No refunds of audio and video products are available. Defective merchandise can be exchanged by contacting DCI at the email or telephone numbers above to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

All merchandise orders are shipped via UPS® ground service or express service as specified by the customer on the order. The actual UPS® shipping costs will be charged to the customer. In addition, a handling fee of $3.00 will be added to all Merchandise orders. DCI may substitute a different shipping service as needed to provide delivery in the best way. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
