Tickets Terms & Conditions
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available. Online ticket orders are filled with the best seats available based on the information provided and are automatically assigned. Ticket orders received in the DCI office starting 2 weeks prior to the date of the event will be held at will call. All foreign orders placed 1 month before the show will also be held at will call. If the price range you specify is not available the next best will be assigned.
A per ticket handling fee will be added to all ticket orders. All tickets are shipped via U.S. Mail with the exception of group ticket orders, which are sent via UPS¨. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
