FJM Inc. is a family owned business; each family member is involved in aspects of pageantry. Fred Miller was a former band director and supervisor of music as well as a member of the Winter Guard International Hall of Fame. Marlene was co-director of the Miller’s Blackhawks Musical Corps and has designed costumes for all aspects of pageantry. Mark and Mike Miller have worked with numerous high school and independent organizations and are also members of the Winter Guard International Hall of Fame. Mary Lynn Dorow is currently an adjudicator for Winter Guard International and Clinic Coordinator of FJM Clinics, educational programs for all auxiliary units.
