This is an ActiveX problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer. You need to allow ActiveX to accept the Windows Media Player object.
To do this, refresh the page and if there is an option to allow the ActiveX plugin please allow the plugin to be installed. You can also test your ActiveX plugin by visiting this page. |

This is an issue with the video card driver. To fix this, you have to disable video acceleration under Windows Media Player option. Follow these steps in your Windows Media Player: select the 'Tools' menu, select 'Options', select 'Performance', under V'ideo acceleration' drag the slider all the way to the left to 'None'. Click 'OK' and then click 'Yes' to save the change. |

For the best DCI Live WebCast experience, Internet Explorer (IE) 6 or above with Windows Media Player (WMP) version 9 or above is recommended.
If you have a PC and are experiencing difficulties, click here to run a Windows Update to obtain the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player and try again.
If you have IE 6 or above with WMP 9 or above and continue to experience problems, be sure your broadband connection is capable of sustaining a transfer rate of 500 kbps. You can check your transfer rate at this website. Choose the Chicago, IL. server.
The video will work on Firefox with WMP 9 or above for PC, and on Apple systems with Firefox, however you may experience difficulties viewing certain content.
