The Academy is in need of drivers throughout its 2012 summer tour. The corps needs both CDL and regular licensed drivers.
The Blue Devils will host a three-day System Blue Drum Line and Leadership Camp from July 12 to 14 at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. New in 2012, the camp will host Conn-Selmer Education Director Jenifer Grice as a guest presenter.
On June 8, the Blue Stars will celebrate 49 years of excellence and honor their Hall of Fame Class of 2012 at the Grand Premier and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in La Crosse, Wis. At 7 p.m., the corps will premiere their 2012 production: "The Blue World."
The Bluecoats are aiming to raise $40,000 with their 40th Anniversary 40k Race. With a $40 donation, you can vote for your favorite decade of Bluecoats history.
Last weekend, two Cadets corps members played "Taps" at a local Memorial Day service. The two wore their new cream and maroon uniforms to the ceremony.
Carolina Crown will host a preview/dress rehearsal of its 2012 production "For the Common Good" on June 10 in Boiling Springs, N.C. The event is free and open to the public.
On June 1, the Cavaliers will perform a standstill concert at the DuPage Hounds first-ever opening night. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. CT at the Benedictine University Sports Complex in Lisle, Ill.
On May 31, the Glassmen hosted the sixth annual Celebrity Wait Gala. The event helped raise funds for the corps' upcoming season.
Registrations for the Legends All-Star Band ends Friday, June 8. The ensemble performs at parades and select Michigan drum corps events and is open to current 8th through 12th graders.

Pacific Crest is still looking to recruit members to fill a few open positions in its 2012 ensemble. The corps is seeking brass, front ensemble and color guard performers.

The Racine Scouts have added Robert Nunez to their 2012 season staff. Nunez was a low brass instructor for Phantom Regiment from 1988 to 1996. He's in his 21st season as the full-time principal tubist of the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra and New Orleans Opera.
The Spartans are looking to fill one baritone and one color guard spot for the 2012 season.
Teal Sound is in need of a few brass and color guard members to fill out its roster for the 2012 summer season.
The Troopers performed last weekend in the 500 Festival Parade. Photos of the event are posted on the corps' Facebook page.
The Vanguard Cadets are looking to fill one open spot in both their trumpet and baritone sections. They also have one color guard spot open.
Don’t miss the Velvet Knights’ Comedy Caliente fundraiser on Saturday, June 9, in Alhambra, Calif. Host Sebastian Cetina will be bringing the laughs as he and three other comedians entertain. Dinner will be available with dancing after the show.
