Blue Knights
Blue Knights promoted James Barnes to the position of executive director. “James brings the experience, character and commitment to excellence needed to advance the Blue Knights’ mission while honoring the proud tradition of service to youth through the pursuit of excellence in life and the performing arts,” Ascend Performing Arts CEO Mark Arnold said.

After a one-year hiatus, Mandarins announced the approval of the corps to return to the field for the 2027 DCI Tour. “2027 will be a transformational year for the drum corps as we build our teams to provide an exceptional experience for our corps members,” executive director JW Koester said.
Music City
Music City shared the passing of longtime supporter and friend of the corps, Marilyn Weldin.
Phantom Regiment
Phantom Regiment is looking for audio engineers and interns to join the corps for the 2027 season.
