Established in 2016, Arsenal has been a staple of Drum Corps International�s SoundSport program, providing performance opportunities to young performers in the El Paso, Texas area and beyond. 2025 marks the group's first year under the umbrella of Sun City Musical Arts. The organization's mission is to provide access to high-quality music education and opportunities for young and aspiring musicians who may not otherwise have access to these resources.
