Bushwackers Information
Founded in 1981 in Keyport, New Jersey, the Bushwackers stormed onto the Drum Corps Associates scene in 1982. Just four years later, the New Jersey corps won its first DCA championship and quickly followed up its winning ways, capturing five additional titles. With membership hailing from across the East Coast, the Bushwackers' approach has always focused on quality performances, consistently placing the corps in the upper-echelon of the all-age drum corps activity. The corps won the World Class bronze medal in the inaugural DCI All-Age Championship in 2024.
