Registered nurse Paula O'Neil was featured in the Hartford Courant after receiving the Hospital of Central Connecticut's community service award. O'Neil, who volunteers as a nurse with 7th Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps, also works with the team of medical professionals who make up DCI's Drum Corps Medical Project.
