From a Drum Corps Europe press release: Twenty-three corps will compete at the second outdoor edition of the DCE European Championships on Sept. 25 at Zuiderpark Stadium in the Hague, the Netherlands. The corps lineup includes corps from The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Sweden. Chairman Marcel Matthijsse of Drum Corps Europe is very happy with so many corps attending. "Four years ago, we started a small European indoor drum corps circuit. Since then, Drum Corps Europe has grown tremendously, more than we expected. We don't only see new corps entering the competition, but we see several returning as well," Matthijsse said. Corps competing: Open class
