A place to grow as a corps member and as a person

Approaching the capstone event of the Summer Music Games Tour, 19-year-old Pioneer guard member Kelsey Scranton reflects on the 2006 season as she prepares for the World Championships in Madison, Wis. "Some of these girls came here not knowing how to spin at all and they're doing such a great job. One of our girls use to be a quad (drum) player and now she's spinning rifle and she's phenomenal ...," said Scranton "These girls come from nothing and they learn everything. They do the show just as good as any of us veterans."
