The Blue Devils have formed a new partnership with D'Addario & Company, Inc., parent company of Evans Drumheads. The two organizations will work together to design a line of new percussion accessories under the Blue Devils' "System Blue" name.
"The Blue Devils organization and staff bring the talent and experience essential to Evans' process of design innovation. It'll be like pouring gasoline on the fire," said Jim Bailey, manager of educator relations for Evans.

Drum Corps International Open Class Finalist, Teal Sound, has chosen Stanbury Uniforms to provide a new look for the corps in 2009. Starting their partnership with the Missouri-based company in 2004, this will be Teal Sound's second uniform design by Stanbury.
"When looking to take Teal Sound into our second decade from an identity standpoint, we went directly to our partners at Stanbury Uniforms," said Randy Blackburn, Teal Sound executive director. "We were searching for a unique look to help brand the corps and that came directly from Stanbury design artist Brent Becker."
