"Bud" Gasking, a native of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., has been coming to Allentown for drum corps since the mid-70s and has followed the activity for more than 60 years. Gasking talks about his drum corps background as well as some of the history of the Allentown drum corps show, including the "tent city" where drum corps fans used to gather outside of J. Birney Crum Stadium for a two-day tailgate party.
