Dear drum corps friends: As we enjoy parades, barbeques, fireworks, and great drum corps shows this weekend, let us take a moment to reflect on how truly fortunate we are to live free. Also, keep all those serving in the military in your minds and in your hearts this weekend. There are hundreds of thousands of troops in harm’s way, and, at the ready to preserve our freedom, they truly deserve our support this holiday weekend and always — along with the veterans that served before them.
