This past weekend, drum corps fans in in California witnessed the ribbon-cutting of the 2004 DCI season! In Hayward, fans were treated to the Blue Devils' and Santa Clara Vanguard horn line playing "Chase the Clouds Away" and "Send in the Clowns" respectively.
