Members of the Blue Knights recently made a cameo in a video featuring country superstar Kacey Musgraves.
Produced for Vogue Magazine online, the video shot in Denver at the end of February gave a nod to Musgraves’ recent accolades at the Grammy Awards on the heels of New York Fashion Week.
In just a few days time, the Blue Knights assembled a small drum line made up of Denver-based alumni for the project.

Musgraves’ drummer Scott Quintana, who’s toured with the singer for a number of years, is a 2002 alum of the Blue Knights drum line and worked with the group on set during the video shoot.
“Scott is such a friendly, great guy to work with,” said Blue Knights executive director Mark Arnold. “We got through the shoot with him and less than two weeks later they came out with the video.”
