The Blue Stars and NAMM, the International Music Products Association, will be presenting a free educational clinic that will take place at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis on July 21, 2005 from noon to 2 p.m. Clinic attendees will have the opportunity to observe the corps rehearsing, catch the daily full-performance run through, and have an opportunity to participate in a beginning marching session with the corps! No admission will be charged for this event, but fans will be able to purchase Blue Stars merchandise in the Blue Stars souvenir tent. "I think it's great that NAMM is sponsoring a free clinic for the Indiana music education community," said Blue Stars executive director Greg Struve. "And I'm excited that the Blue Stars will have an opportunity to perform in Indianapolis. We have a lot of fans and alumni in the area who are excited by the corps recent growth -- this will be there only opportunity to see us this year."    "The Blue Stars are talented, passionate advocates for strong music education programs and great examples of how music helps kids do better in school and in life," said Joe Lamond, president and CEO of NAMM. "NAMM is honored to sponsor this opportunity for Indianapolis fans to come out and see this amazing group of musicians in action."
