From a Boston Crusaders' press release sent to New England media outlets: The Boston Crusaders will once again spend the month of June in residence at New England College. The 135 college-age corps members will arrive in Henniker on May 30, beginning a month of intensive rehearsals in preparation for their national tour. "The staff and members are looking forward to our return to New England College," said corps manager Melissa Greer. "Last year, our great experience in Henniker truly got us off on the right foot for a tremendously successful season." While rehearsing daily at their home base in Henniker, the Crusaders will appear in parades and competitions across New England throughout June and early July. Additionally, the corps will give a free "Friends and Family" exhibition performance and dinner in Henniker on June 21. Visit www.crusaders.com for complete details and the full summer tour schedule. A highlight of the Crusaders' New England tour will be a new Division I competition in New Hampshire. "A Bugler's Holiday," sponsored by the Spartans, will take place July 5 at the new Stellos Stadium in Nashua, and features an incredible lineup of the world's top marching units.
