Drum Corps International is adding to its event production team for the 2025 DCI World Championships in Indianapolis, and we’re searching for passionate age-outs who are interested in “paying it forward” to a new generation of drum corps performers, while having fun in the process!
If you aged-out in 2022, 2023 or 2024 and are interested in a behind-the-scenes role at this year’s big event, we might just have an exceptional opportunity for you!
The requirements
- DCI alumni in good standing from the age-out classes of 2022, 2023, or 2024
- Volunteers must be available Wednesday through Saturday night, August 6-9
- Volunteers must be able to pass a reference/background check and have completed the DCI Participant Safety Training. (DCI will provide training at no cost)
- Various roles require candidates to stand, move, walk, lift and/or carry cartons

- All meals on setup and event days in Indianapolis

- Opportunity to meet and work with DCI personnel and some corps personnel
- Ability to view a select number of DCI shows.

Additional information
- Volunteers will need to travel to Downtown Indianapolis on their own. Parking will be made available at no cost to the volunteer
- Any transportation needed around Indianapolis will be provided
- A limited number of positions are needed. Volunteers will be selected through an application and follow up screening and/or interview processes
- Volunteers may be asked to work in various positions including but not limited to, corps flow, field logistics, parking, loading and unloading, event setup and teardown, special events
- DCI cannot guarantee that you will have the option or ability to watch, see, or interact with any specific shows or corps
