Brian Turner, director of operations for the Carolina Crown, reports that "The winter camps are moving along really well. The musical program is complete, and we've had much success in accomplishing the goals of the current year."

Carolina Crown's horn line rehearses recently in Ft. Mill.
Turner said that the guard will rejoin the corps in April (after WGI), and that after that the Carolina Crown would finish learning all the drill for the first third of the show. "The staff members are extremely excited about the development of the program, "Bell-issimo," which is a show built around the use of "bells," and the beautiful sounds incorporated throughout the music," Turner said. Turner also said that certain elements of the show will differ somewhat from Crown shows of the past. "The fans should be looking for changes in both visual and music from the Crown of past years," Turner said.
