We recently had a Trooper Hitchin'. Carly Strough was given away by Joel Williams (surrogate father) who also marched with Troopers. Everyone in the picture marched with the Troopers. From Utah to Illinois, we flew and drove to Idaho to come give Carly from our corps to Ty Flowers, who coincidently is in a corps, the Marine Corps.
