Boston Crusaders The Boston Crusaders have loaned more than 100 flagpoles, silks and its entire battery percussion line to the University of Massachusetts for this Saturday's tribute to professor George N. Parks who suddenly passed away in September. More than 750 UMass marching band alums are expected to take part in the ceremony. "We are honored to take part in some small way in the celebration of such a wonderful human being who touched so many people's lives. We wanted to do whatever we could to honor Professor Parks' legacy. We have many former staff and members that were products of the Minuteman Marching Band—some of who will be there this Saturday," said Crusaders Executive Director Tom Spataro.

Cascades The Cascades will present "an ominous production sure to intrigue and inspire drum corps fans across the country" in 2011. "Pandora, a Dark Gift," will feature musical selections drawn from a variety of composers including Joseph Vargo, Hans Zimmer and David Gillingham.

Colts Chris Tomsa will serve as program coordinator and brass arranger during the Colts' 2011 season.
