Boston Crusaders The Boston Crusaders recently featured first-year mellophone player Anastasia Canfield as she cut her long locks and donated them to the Children with Hair Loss Foundation. "I donated a braid 10 inches long and the other little chunks of hair that were cut off for the styling are donated to an organization that makes mats to aid in the clean up of oil spills," Canfield said.
The Cadets Nominations are now being accepted for the 2011 Cadets Hall of Fame. Nominations are due by April 1, voting will take place April 8 through the 25th, and the new honorees will be introduced on Aug. 7 at the Cadets-hosted Tour of Champions series event.
Carolina Crown Carolina Crown released details about its 2011 series of CrownLEARNING educational camps. The sessions, scheduled throughout the summer between June and August, give high school students and band directions an inside look at how the corps achieves success on the football field.
