The Cadets



Following the resignations of longtime percussion staff members Tom Aungst and Neil Larrivee, the Cadets announced that Colin McNutt and Iain Moyer will assume the roles of director of percussion and lead arranger, and front ensemble arranger respectively. McNutt and Moyer have been instructors with the Cadets since 2007.

Carolina Crown



Carolina Crown recognized the achievements and milestones of corps members and its "Team Crown" members during the organization's annual age-out and awards banquet just after the conclusion of the 2008 Drum Corps International World Championships.

Glassmen



The Glassmen are gearing up for their annual season-ending awards banquet and are accepting RSVPs from those who would like to attend. The celebration will take place on Saturday, Aug. 30 and includes a banquet dinner and an awards ceremony which will recognize the accomplishments of 2008 Glassmen members and supporters.

Phantom Regiment



At a city council meeting on Monday, Rockford, Ill. mayor Larry Morrissey presented Phantom Regiment executive director Rick Valenzuela and board president Tim Farrell with a proclamation declaring the week of Aug. 18 to be "Phantom Regiment Week."
