David Veda will return to the Madison Scouts as the corps’ 2015 color guard caption supervisor. “As a member, instructor, and designer, David was instrumental in the shaping and development of the Madison Scouts color guard program,” executive director Chris Komnick said.

Pacific Crest
After five seasons with the corps, Andy Bill will step down as the head of Pacific Crest’s percussion program. Pete Lucero has been named as his replacement.
