Blue Devils B

Blue Devils B posted a number of photos from the corps’ recent educational audition clinic.

Blue Knights

Blue Knights have partnered with MakeMusic, Inc., the makers of the Finale music notation program and the SmartMusic music education platform that connects teachers and students. “We are very excited to partner with MakeMusic as it aligns with the Ascend Performing Arts mission of furthering the education and growth of young people,” Blue Knights executive director Mark Arnold said.

Blue Stars

Blue Stars is looking for an experienced synthesizer performer to join the corps for its 2018 season.

Boston Crusaders and Inspire Arts & Music are presenting a fundraiser concert on March 24 with popular a cappella group Take 6.

The Cadets

The Cadets have openings for male performers in the corps’ 2018 color guard section, and encourage all interested to send in a video audition.

Colt Cadets

Colt Cadets released the corps’ spring rehearsal schedule. The events are free and open to students of any skill level.


Colts is calling out to all alumni to make sure that they don’t miss any updates about the corps’ upcoming 55th anniversary celebrations.


Crossmen posted its summer internship opportunities with positions available in a number of fields.


There’s still time to sign up for Gold’s educational brass experience camp January 27-28. The corps is also specifically looking for trumpet and mellophone players.


Impulse is looking to expand its number of brass players for the corps’ 2018 season.

Oregon Crusaders

The Oregon Crusaders sponsored DCI Tour event, Drums of Fire, is moving to a new venue in 2018, McKenzie Stadium in Vancouver, Washington.


Pioneer’s color guard staff is offering students feedback on audition videos, no matter if they are auditioning for Pioneer. This offer is good January 29 to February 1.

River City Rhythm

Adam Shew, Austin Meyer, and Katherine Stone have been selected as drum majors for River City Rhythm’s 2018 season.

Santa Clara Vanguard

Santa Clara Vanguard gives fans an inside look at the corps’ January callback audition camp.

Seattle Cascades

Seattle Cascades announced the members of the corps’ 2018 student leadership team.


This week Shadow revealed the title of the corps’ 2018 production, which will include musical selections by Michael Markowski, Christopher M. Nelson and John Mackey.


Southwind has positions open for one bass drummer, two snare drummers, and three keyboard players.


Spartans alumni and friends have raised more than $7,000 in less than a week for the corps’ new equipment truck. The total goal for the campaign is $40k.

Spirit of Atlanta
