Blue Knights promoted staff member Keith Tye to serve as the corps’ brass caption head in 2019. “I’m fully committed to offering the hornline an experience that will help the students not only become stronger players and performers, but also better teachers, future music educators and powerful, self-confident adults,” Tye said.

Guardians is holding an audition camp March 15-17 in Baytown, Texas. Video auditions are also being accepted.

Incognito will host brass, front ensemble, and color guard audition camps on March 3 and March 16 in Brea, California.

Louisiana Stars
Louisiana Stars is hosting an audition camp for prospective brass and percussion players in Maurice, Louisiana on March 17.
Madison Scouts
Forward Giving is a donor program for alumni, family, and fans of the Madison Scouts. Those who give $100 or more will be enrolled as a voting member of Forward Performing Arts for the fiscal year. Donations are tax-deductible.
Mandarins
Former marching members, instructors, and parents of the Ye Wah and Mandarins drum corps are invited to sign up for the Mandarins Alumni Association Facebook page.

Music City is seeking donations for a 16-foot trailer that will help supply its litany of growing fans with the merchandise they have been requesting.
Pacific Crest

Phantom Regiment

Earlier this month, Raiders’ instructional staff provided performers from 11 Virginia school programs with an all-day interactive educational clinic, helping the students elevate their skills to the next level.

Seattle Cascades
Seattle Cascades revealed the title of the corps’ 2019 production, as well as the names of the nine staff members who will design the show.
Shadow
There’s still opportunities to join Shadow for the corps’ 2019 season. Prospective brass players are asked to reserve a spot in Shadow’s March 8 audition camp in Oregon, Wisconsin.

Spirit of Atlanta
Eight finalists for election into the Spirit of Atlanta Hall of Fame have been announced. Online voting is open to all until April 5.
Troopers
All percussionists and percussion composers are invited to submit an original cadence to Troopers’ first annual American Street Beat Contest. The lucky winner will hear their creation performed by the corps’ drum line and will receive a Pearl marching snare drum and other benefits. Submissions must be received by March 15.
Watchmen
Open auditions for all Watchmen sections will be held March 3 in Bloomington, California.
