Blue Stars raised $1,191 during the corps’ July $5 on the 5th fundraiser. Proceeds from the fundraiser will support ongoing tour operations.

Jersey Surf
Birds of a feather definitely flock together when it comes to drum corps and marching music. Jersey Surf realized that quite literally during a recent spring training rehearsal block.
Les Stentors
Les Stentors hosted a dinner to honor the various volunteers who have worked with the corps. “Our activity would not be possible without the contribution of all our extraordinary people,” the corps said on Facebook.
Madison Scouts
Madison Scouts announced that some 600 Wisconsin-area high school band students will attend the upcoming Whitewater Classic DCI Tour event with free tickets provided by a grant program through the corps’ parent organization, Forward Performing Arts.
Mandarins
A Mandarins “pool block” was a welcome break from the grind of rehearsal.

Music City recently premiered “Violent Delights: A Rose and its Thorns” in front of family and friends at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville.
Pacific Crest

Phantom Regiment will host a three-day educational drum major and color guard camp in Krum, Texas, starting on July 18.

Seattle Cascades
Following Seattle Cascades’ spring training in Oregon, the Northwest Youth Music Association will be hosting a series of Pacific Northwest performances and educational events featuring the Cascades and other regional groups between July 7 and 11. Spartans
Spartans announced that former corps director Richard Rigolini will be the latest inductee into the corps’ hall of fame. “When you think of the Spartans for the last 25 years, you immediately think of Richie who, as the corps director, was key to our success, legacy and growth.”
Spirit of Atlanta
In a new video released by the corps, members of Spirit of Atlanta share how what they’ve learned in training helps them improve as people and performers.
