The Cadets
The Cadets announced the suspension of the corps' 2024 competitive season. "Simply put, budgeted fundraising amounts did not materialize as anticipated, which has led to an unsustainable financial situation and concerns about providing a quality Cadets experience for 2024," organization board chair John Broschak said.
Carolina Crown
Carolina Crown has several offerings for students interested in joining its 2024 corps, starting with a percussion-centric open audition, October 22 in Lake Elsinore, California.

The Colts Youth Organization was the grateful recipient of a $5,235 donation from A.Y. McDonald, a Dubuque, Iowa manufacturing company.

Colt Cadets announced Harlan Pfohl, a 2015 member of the corps, as its new corps director. “(Harlan) has demonstrated over and over what it takes to get the job done — whatever that job might be," Colts executive director Jeff MacFarlane said. "The time he’s spent with the organization has prepared him well for this next challenge.”
