Jersey Surf announced it would withdraw from the 2025 DCI Tour. “While this decision is difficult, it enables us to create more opportunities for young people to engage with music-making and the performing arts in new and creative ways, removing barriers to increased participation,” Surf board chairman Paul Weiss said.

Music city Youth in the Arts provided updates from its annual board of directors retreat. “2024 was a difficult year, but through focused efforts and the resilience of our team, we’re ending it in a far stronger position,” said board president Chris Cooper. “We’re optimistic about the future and are committed to continuing our mission with renewed strength and vision.”
