7th Regiment captured its joint encore of “Sweet Caroline” with Spartans and Boston Crusaders at the Beanpot Preseason Premiere.

The Academy
The Academy landed a score of 69.250 with “In the Center of the Ring” at DCI West in Stanford.



Blue Devils
Blue Devils took flight with “ZEI” in Stanford Stadium as the corps now moves south for the Western Corps Connection on Friday, July 10 and Drum Corps at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, July 11.

Blue Devils B
Blue Devils B set the table with “Mise en Place” at DCI West, taking first in Open Class competition with a score of 67.700.

Blue Knights
Blue Knights and “The Sky Between” reached a 74.500 score at The Kiwanis Thunder of Drums in Minnesota.

Blue Stars
Blue Stars officially opened “Collection ’26: The Galleries” at its home show, River City Rhapsody, in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Bluecoats
Bluecoats collabed with singer/songwriter Courtney Swain during spring training for a very special performance of “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” “Courtney’s ability to build musical worlds with her own voice is simply unmatched,” the corps posted with the video.

Boston Crusaders
The replay of Boston Crusaders’ 4th of July performance of “1812 Overture” with the Boston Pops is a must-see video.

Carolina Crown
Carolina Crown felt right at home with its CrownBEAT performance in Lexington, South Carolina.

The Cavaliers
The Cavaliers have immediate high brass openings as the corps takes “The Lost Boys” through the Midwest.

Colts
The Colts and its “American Experiment” built momentum in Mankato, Minnesota with a score of 75.050


Crossmen
Crossmen are officially on the road and kicked off their competitive tour at Celebration in Brass in Iowa.

Gems
Gems performed in the Boise, Idaho 4th of July parade; thanking the “Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4000 Meridian, Idaho for graciously allowing the Boise Gems to use their honor guard equipment.”

Genesis
Genesis has an immediate opening for a media specialist responsible for capturing photo and video of the corps’ performances.

Gold
Gold wrapped its NorCal leg of the tour and has since returned south kicking off several events including the corps’ Gold Showcase “home show.”

Guardians
Guardians are set to host their upcoming community night, featuring an open rehearsal and preview show at Naaman Forest High School in Garland, Texas.


Impulse
Impulse highlighted its time in the great Northwest from Portland, Oregon to Sacramento, California.

Les Stentors
Les Stentors paraded through Gloucester, Massachusetts over the 4th of July weekend.

Madison Scouts
Madison Scouts showed off its Pageantry Innovations synthesizer equipment for the summer tour.

Mandarins
Mandarins Performing Arts Board of Directors will begin the formal process of returning the corps back to the Drum Corps International field in 2027.


Music City
Music City and “Venomorphosis” slithered to Sevierville, Tennessee for its 2026 competitive debut.

Pacific Crest
Pacific Crest introduced its brass staff ahead of its “Irresistible” competitive opening weekend in southern California.



River City Rhythm
River City Rhythm climbed to a score of 63.300 at the Kiwanis Thunder of Drums in Minnesota.

Santa Clara Vanguard
Santa Clara Vanguard announced that it is taking steps to bring the Vanguard Cadets back in 2027, focused on a regional touring model on the west coast.

Seattle Cascades
Seattle Cascades reflected on its first run of shows before locking in for the Western Corps Connection on Friday, July 10.

Spartans
Spartans are working hard to debut “On the World Stage” at the Cavalcade of Brass on Friday, July 10 with the help of Ultimate Drill Book.

Spirit of Atlanta
Spirit of Atlanta’s “Golden Summer” kicked off close to home in Sevierville, Tennessee and with its home show in Newnan, Georgia.

Troopers
Troopers earned a 73.750 score at River City Rhapsody in La Crosse, Wisconsin, as the corps traverses its midwestern leg of the tour.

Atlanta CV debuted “SinSations,” right in its own backyard in Newnan, Georgia, with a score of 72.350.

Cincinnati Tradition continues to craft “Chambers” ahead of its next performance at Music on the Mountain.

Columbus Saints
Columbus Saints are hiring an ensemble director and assistant director for its winter guard program.

Fusion Core
Fusion Core kept busy over the 4th of July holiday weekend with a tour of Baltimore area parades.

Govenaires
Govenaires didn’t have to ride very far to Mankato, Minnesota; scoring a 72.000 and a first-place All-Age finish at The Kiwanis Thunder of Drums.

Hawthorne Caballeros gave a closer look at what the corps is weaving this season in “Entwine.”

Hurricanes
Hurricanes are holding it down in Seymour, Connecticut ahead of the Drum Corps Grand Prix on Saturday, July 11 in Clifton, New Jersey.

MBI
MBI member Jess Fedje was nominated for the DCI Yokohama All-Stars scholarship award, with the corps stating, “they have given an unbelievable amount of time and dedication to the drum corps community and MBI, for the past 14 years!”

The Calgary Round-Up Band has kept busy all week and will play Stampede Park in Calgary on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11.

The Calgary Stampede Show Band has been performing daily this week in Calgary and will continue to do so until Sunday, July 12.

Carolina Gold – Winston-Salem, NC
Carolina Gold announced its family and friends show at Forbush High School in East Bend, North Carolina on July 25.

Green Beret Marching Band – Janesville, WI
The Green Beret Marching Band completed and performed four parades over the 4th of July weekend.
