With the ink still drying on the 2014 history books, Genesis is already looking ahead to 2015, announcing that the corps will perform a “Phantom of the Opera” inspired production next summer.

Madison Scouts
Madison Scouts announced that James Mason will retire as the corps’ artistic director, a position he has held since 2009. “Working with such a group has been humbling,” Mason said. “The foundation has been laid and it is a solid one. The brand is back, the DNA is in place, and I wish the organization my very best as it moves into what will be a very bright future.”

Mandarins
In partnership with the Sacramento State University Department of Music, the Mandarins will host several educational workshops for brass, percussion, color guard and drum major starting in September.

Pacific Crest
Pacific Crest recognizes its age-out class of 2014, 19 corps members who finished their final season with the corps this August.

Santa Clara Vanguard
