Blue Devils

Early in February, Blue Devils Entertainment’s Niner Noise drum line performed as part of the festivities surrounding the NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Niner Noise is the San Francisco 49ers’ official drum line.

Blue Stars

Blue Stars

The Blue Stars announced the title of their 2008 production “Le Tour: Every Second Counts.” The program draws its theme from the Tour de France, the world’s largest cycling race. A release on the corps’ Web site notes that repertoire will be incorporated from well-known French composers, Faur?©, Satie, Debussy, Saint-Sa?«ns, Widor and Ravel

The Cadets

The Cadets

The Cadets recently opened their audio vault releasing historical and rare audio tracks that fans can purchase and download from the corps’ Web site. Featured performances date as far back as 1950.

The Cavaliers

The Cavaliers

The Cavaliers named the final members of the corps’ 2008 leadership team with the appointment of drum sergeants Jason Carney and Adam Wiencken. “These two talented young men are highly motivated and dynamic in all leadership qualities,” said corps director, Bruno Zuccala. “They are unbelievable performers and will be an asset to the ‘junior officers’ and the corps.”

Vanguard Cadets

Vanguard Cadets

The Vanguard Cadets named veteran member Brandon Beck as the group’s drum major for the 2008 season. Beck, who is a native of the Atlanta area, will lead the corps with head drum major Edgar Guzman.
