Blue Knights is recruiting volunteers to lend a hand this Saturday, Oct. 11, to finish unpacking and cleaning the corps’ food trailer.

Boston Crusaders
Aidan Williams and Chase Tucker have been named the 2015 drum majors of the Boston Crusaders. “Their experience, dedication and passion for the Boston Crusaders made them a natural fit for the role,” Director Andy Waldukat said.

Carolina Crown
This week a contingent of Carolina Crown members are in Japan taking part in two marching band festivals. Follow the latest updates from the trip on the corps’ Facebook page.

Crossmen
There’s still time to register for the third annual Crossmen Golf Invitational coming up on Sunday, Oct. 26, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Legends
Legends member Braedon Kibby has been selected as a member of the 2015 U.S. Army All-American Marching Band.

Madison Scouts
The Madison Scouts will field a four- or five-member cymbal line in 2015. “We have some creative ideas on how best to integrate this section into our 2015 production and feel the time is right to introduce that history back into the corps,” Executive Director Chris Komnick said.

Music City
Music City will host auditions this December about 20 miles south of the corps’ hometown of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee

Oregon Crusaders
The Oregon Crusaders are mourning the loss of one of their 2014 corps members who passed away Monday night. 15-year-old Alex Daily was also a member of the Open Class drum corps Columbians before joining up with the Crusaders in July.

Pacific Crest
Check out a list of local Southern California band shows that Pacific Crest will be represented at this fall.

Pioneer
For the first time in the 53-year history of the drum corps, Pioneer will field a coed color guard. The corps welcomes any and all males to audition for the section this winter.

Racine Scouts
Bill McClendon will return to the Racine Scouts’ instructional staff in 2015 as brass caption head. Zach McCullough will assume the role of visual caption head.

Spartans
As the corps gets ready for its 60th anniversary season, Spartans announced that its 2015 competition production will be titled, “At the Gates.”
