The Crossmen have made several key staff appointments in the last few weeks. Among the new and returning staff members are Aaron Goldberg, brass caption head; Roland Chavez, percussion arranger and caption head; Darryl Pemberton, visual designer; Levi Chavis, visual caption head; and Mike Sloan, color guard caption head. Joining the corps' administrative team will be former Crossmen drum major Jarrett Lipman, who will assume the role of tour director for the 2008 summer season.

Blue Stars

Sept. 26, 2007



Blue Stars have announced the addition of Bradley Kerr Green as the corps' brass caption head for the 2008 season. He will work with Donnie VanDoren, a DCI Hall of Fame member, and Frank Sullivan who will return to lead the corps' brass program in 2008. Green, a former member of the Cadets in the 1990s, has experience staffing several other drum corps and marching bands across the country.

Spirit from Jacksonville State University

Announcing that current executive director Ken Bodiford will take a new position with the corps as director of education, Spirit from JSU also appointed Randy Nelson director for programming and creative design, Jeremy Stovall assistant director for university affairs, and promoted Joel Vincent from assistant corps director to director for operations and management.
