Blue Devils

Blue Devils

The Blue Devils will kick off the 2012 season when they perform at the annual Family Day Preview on Saturday, June 16. The show begins at 6:30 p.m. at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Calif. Tickets will be available at the door.

Blue Knights

Blue Knights

On Saturday, June 16, the Blue Knights will unveil their 2012 production “Avian.” The uniformed performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Englewood High School in Englewood, Colo.

Bluecoats

Bluecoats

On Friday, June 15, the Bluecoats are hosting their 40th Anniversary Celebration. The event will feature the debut performance of “UnMasqued” and a special tribute to the corps’ history.

The Cadets

The Cadets

The Cadets are looking to fill an open athletic trainer position immediately. An ideal candidate would be a licensed trainer, but the corps will also consider third or fourth year students searching for experience. The position is compensated. Interested parties should contact the office of Youth Education in the Arts.

The Cavaliers

The Cavaliers

The Cavaliers posted a new video, giving fans a sneak peek of their 2012 production, “15 Minutes of Fame.”

City Sound

City Sound

City Sound has announced the title of its 2012 production — “The Sounds Of Miami/ Los Sonidos de Miami.” The show will feature the music of Tito Puente, Ray Barreto and Marc Anthony.

Colts

Colts

The Colts are looking for experienced marchers who can get to Iowa ASAP to help to fill injury holes for the 2012 season. Contact the corps’ office for more information.

Crossmen

Crossmen

On June 15 at the Blossom Athletic Center, Crossmen will debut their 2012 production during the Marching Music eXtravaganza. The corps will then perform on the steps of the capitol building in Austin at the Texas Drum Corps Preview on June 16. In a special Father’s Day event, the corps will perform in the second annual Showcase in the Square in Southlake, Texas on Father’s Day, June 17 at 7 p.m.

Gold

Gold

Gold will host its first “home show” on Saturday, July 14, at 5:30 p.m. at the Trabuco Hills High School Stadium in Mission Viejo, Calif. “A Different Kind of Show” will feature 10 corps from the World, Open and All-Age classes.

Legends

Legends

Legends has open brass and percussion spots. Scholarships are available for those interested in filling the remaining positions.

Mandarins

Mandarins

The Mandarins will debut their 2012 field show, “Prophecy,” at their annual Family Day/Homecoming on Saturday, June 16. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. at Cosumnes Oaks High School in Elk Grove, Calif., and will include section presentations and scholarship awards in addition to the show debut.

Pacific Crest

Get a preview of the 2012 season as Pacific Crest and other southern California drum corps unveil their shows in exhibition at Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights on Saturday, June 16. Tickets are available online or from the participating corps.

Phantom Regiment

Phantom Regiment

Phantom Regiment family, friends and alumni will gather together Saturday, July 14 for the 3rd annual Show of Shows Kickoff Party. The party starts at 5:45 p.m. at Cliffbreakers Resort in Rockford, Ill.

Raiders

Raiders

Raiders drum major Jack Kaplan posted a new entry on their website, detailing the corps’ week. The corps will be performing in exhibition on Saturday, June 16 in Wildwood, N.J.

Spartans

Spartans

On Sunday, June 17, the Spartans will participate in the Brookline, Mass. Flag Day parade. The corps will step off at noon.
