The Academy’s 11th Annual Benefit Event on Friday, March 23, in Tempe, Ariz., will feature entertainment including the debut performance of the corps’ 2012 brass section and the Bad Cactus Brass Band. Online RSVPs are requested by March 12.

Spirit of Atlanta has postponed its previously scheduled leadership clinic for students. The corps will be rehearsing March 9-11 at Ola High School in McDonough, Ga.
All are welcome at the Spirit of New Jersey’s upcoming all-day rehearsal on March 17 at the Rutgers University YES Center in Newark. Tour fees to participate as a member of the 2012 corps are $500.
The Troopers will head to Indianapolis this spring to march in the Festival 500 Parade on Saturday, May 26. Following the event, the corps will host its spring training rehearsals in Lebanon, Ind., before its first competitive event on June 20 in Battle Creek, Mich. “The Troopers are very excited to be representing the DCI fraternity at this major national event,” Director Fred Morris said.
