Boston Crusaders Heading into its second year of operation, Mass Bay Music Festivals, a program of the Boston Crusaders, is beginning to gear up for its 2011 season. A series of spring music festivals in the metro Boston area, Mass Bay gives scholastic ensembles access to qualified adjudicators, educational clinics, and master classes as part of the program.
