Blue Devils The Blue Devils are now accepting applications for their System Blue Live Events Educational Series that "provides an opportunity for students, educators and fans alike to hone their performance skills under the instruction of the finest educators in the marching arts." 2011 sessions are scheduled for Palo Alto, Fresno and Chino, Calif., as well as Minneapolis, Minn. and Murfreesboro, Tenn.

Blue Stars The Blue Stars are now selling tickets to two 2011 DCI Tour events; River City Rhapsody—Metamora, Ill. (July 12) and River City Rhapsody—La Crosse, Wis. (July 15).

Boston Crusaders The Boston Crusaders will kick off the drum corps season in New England on June 27 with Bridgeport Drums. Tickets for this 2011 DCI Tour event, that will feature a special finale with a combined performance of the Boston Crusaders and Madison Scouts horn lines, will go on sale April 1.

The Cadets The Cadets posted info about their 2011 "For Only" educational workshops, taking place in New Jersey during April, May and August. High school and middle school marching band students are invited to attend the sessions, each of which focuses on a different sub-set of the marching band—drum majors, color guard, percussion and freshmen students.

The Cavaliers The Cavaliers were back in Rosemont, Ill. last weekend for their March rehearsal camp. The corps reports that the brass and percussion sections at the end of the camp performed a "sketch" of the entire yet-to-be-announced 2011 production. "Members were introduced to several visual moves and conditioning exercises aimed at making the upcoming drill camp and summer a success," said Program Coordinator Scott Koter.

Crossmen The Crossmen have their volunteer calendar up and running online, listing dates you can help during the corps' spring training and summer tour. From driving to food prep to fitting uniforms, there are plenty of ways you can lend a hand to the corps this summer.

Legends Legends' 2011 production will be titled "Skyscapes." "I am extremely excited about this concept," said Executive Director Ibe Sodawalla. "The design team has been working on this project for many weeks and we continue to define and coordinate each segment to bring this production to life."

Madison Scouts Tickets are now on sale to two Madison Scouts sponsored 2011 DCI Tour events. The 59th edition of Drums on Parade will take place in Madison on Saturday, July 9, and the Whitewater Classic will take place at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Thursday, June 30.

Phantom Regiment Phantom Regiment celebrates the life of former director Bob Lendman in a new post on the corps' website. Lendman, who passed away last Saturday, served as leader of the organization's cadet corps from 1973-1974 before his tenure as director of Phantom Regiment from 1976-1981.
