The Boston Crusaders posted a full-time employment opportunity for a director of development. The main responsibility of the position will be to “develop and execute a strategic plan to increase revenue sources through engagement and cultivation of fans, friends and alumni.”

Sean Schwartz and A.J. Pace have been appointed co-caption heads of the Cascades’ percussion section. “After looking at a variety of options for the percussion leadership, it was decided that a team approach would maximize results for the 2011 season,” said Assistant Director Ron Comfort.

Forte has announced its roster of 2011 percussion staff members. They will be led by caption head and designer Tyler Orbison.
Gold
Percussion instructor Ike Jackson will join Gold’s design team for 2011. “Ike is an amazing instructor and designer who comes with an impressive competitive and professional resume,” said Executive Director Donald Flaherty.
Music City
One hundred and twenty-six musicians attended Music City’s rehearsal camp held Jan. 14-16 in Franklin, Tenn. Watch highlights from the camp in a new video posted on the DCI Fan Network.
Pacific Crest
Pacific Crest will host an informational meeting for parents and volunteers on Sunday, Feb. 13 in Diamond Bar, Calif. The meeting will take place as part of the corps’ weekend rehearsal camp.

Pioneer
Charlie Groh will join Pioneer’s staff in 2011 as visual caption head. Over many years Groh has served on the staffs of the Velvet Knights, Anaheim Kingsmen and Muchachos. He also is a co-founder of the Open Class’ Impulse.
