The Crossmen of Philadelphia scored an 84.55 tonight in Tennessee, ranking them third so far in tonight's competition, behind the Glassmen (87.55) and the Bluecoats (86.05). Six corps have yet to perform this evening."This is our biggest audience yet. It was fun to perform. The guard really pulled together tonight, and although it's been a rough season, we really jumped a big hurdle tonight," said Crossmen guard member Katie Apsey, 21, of Michigan.The Crossmen's 2002 program is entitled 'The Signature Series." The songs include "Heat of the Day" by Pat Metheny, "Candle in the Window" by Linda Eder and "Strawberry Soup" by Don Ellis.
