From a Blue Devils/DC Merchandise UK press release: The Blue Devils of Concord, Calif., are delighted to announce that they have signed a Merchandise sales agreement with DC Merchandise UK from Bedfordshire, England. The agreement will allow DC Merchandise UK to sell the Blue Devils' merchandise in the UK and Europe, and will include DVDs, CDs and apparel. Gail Schultz (Blue Devils' merchandise director) commented, "The Blue Devils are delighted to be able to offer the merchandise through DC Merchandise UK, as they have experience of selling DCI goods through the distribution channel, and the Blue Devils are confident that the same enthusiasm will be maintained by Steve Allen (Managing Director) who has shown a dedication to highlight the US Drum Corps movement in the UK over the last year." David Gibbs (executive director of the Blue Devils) said, "DC Merchandise UK, through its experience, will offer the young people in the UK quality goods from the Blue Devils without the hassle of ordering directly from the U.S. Our organization is pleased to work with DC Promotions UK, a member of the DC Merchandise Group of Companies in organising the up coming 2004 tour to mainland Europe."

Steve Allen (managing director of DC Merchandise UK) added, "People have been asking for various corps merchandise, and I am pleased that I am able to offer Blue Devils goods, as they are seen as a favorite corps in Europe and the UK. However, there are other negotiations taking place at the moment to offer other US corps' merchandise" To view the goods available log onto www.dcmerchandise.com, where all the available merchandise will be displayed.
