Whoever said, "Go West, young man!" must have been a drum corps fan from New Jersey talking about a road trip to Allentown, Pa., and the DCI Eastern Classic. This long-running DCI major event returns to J. Birney Crum Stadium on Aug. 4 - 5, 2006. One of the legendary stadiums in drum corps history, Allentown has hosted more major drum corps events than any other single venue.
As in the past, the 2006 DCI Eastern Classic will again feature a full lineup of DCI Division I corps divided up over two nights. Both nights will kick off at 6:30 p.m. This is the last major event before the DCI World Championships in Madison, Wis., so you won't want to miss a single minute. For those who plan to attend the entire weekend, two-night ticket packages go on sale on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 9 a.m. Central time. This special two-night offer expires on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. Central time. Can't make both nights? Don't worry, you'll be able to purchase single-night seats starting at 9 a.m. Central time on Dec. 7. Two-night ticket prices for the DCI Eastern Classic are $50, $40, $30, or $30 for groups of 25 or more. There are four ways to order your seats:
