The Ticketing Manager oversees the coordination of sales, service and reporting for tickets sold at Ticketmaster or DCI-printed venues. These functions may include the recruitment of volunteers, training and supervision of Drum Corps International-led box office personnel, reconciliation of ticketed events, set up and maintenance of events, preparation of financial reports in connection with all activity, handling customer service issues, client interaction, and coordinating and managing special promotions. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills, with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. Candidates for this position must be able to work in varied, fast paced environments. Problem solving skills are a necessity. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for short durations throughout the year.

Drum Corps International is seeking an individual with leadership capabilities that will supervise aspects of internal communication and business services.
