Posted May 20, 2011 Drum Corps International seeks a qualified full-time Travel & Meetings Manager for its Indianapolis headquarters. The Travel & Meetings Manager works closely with DCI's travel agent partner to manage travel logistics for approximately 400 corporate travelers as well as serving as the office contact for questions and emergencies for those travelers. The position coordinates DCI's business meetings, annual meetings, and social events ranging from 10-400 attendees. In doing so, this individual serves as the primary contact for hotel and venue staffs to ensure all logistical aspects of meetings, events and trade shows are solidified. The Travel & Meetings Manager is required to monitor travel budgets and reports travel, hotel, and special event expenses to senior management.
