The Manager of Event Operations (MEO) will manage the pre-event planning for Drum Corps International’s Premier Events including the World Championships. This position oversees the on-site event management team, who works with the local committees and serves as the event “central command” overseeing all aspects of the event operations. The MEO insures successful execution through planning and training, including working with the team in volunteer recruiting and management programs. The MEO supports other event team members on projects not under direct management.
