Founded to give kids in Madison, Wisconsin an opportunity for creative expression through the percussive arts, the Black Star Drum Line made its inaugural trip to Indianapolis this August for this DrumLine Battle versus Oregon, Wisconsin's Shadow Drum and Bugle Corps.
