This is a photo of me and my "sister" Jenny Acheson. Jenny and I met probably 18 years ago when our parents worked together with the Glassmen. Her dad was the director and my dad was the brass arranger. Both of us have a long-standing drum corps family background, with both of our fathers also marching together in the Madison Scouts in 1975.
This photo was taken on the World Championship Finals night in Madison, Wis. in 2006. For several years we have been trying to take a picture together on Finals night but for some reason it has never worked. This year she found me after we broke from our block.
