From a Blue Starts press release: Fred Feeney as (color guard advisor) and Marc Preston Moss as (color guard caption head) will join the Blue Stars for 2006. Feeney is currently in his 12th year as chief judge for Winter Guard International, and Moss is returning to the Blue Stars in a new role following his service as program coordinator in 2005. "Fred and Marc bring a wealth of experience to the Blue Stars color guard program," said executive director Greg Struve, "but more importantly they share a desire to bring the Blue Stars unique heritage and tradition back to the forefront of the drum corps activity. I'm looking forward to seeing what they bring to the table this summer."
