The Madison Scouts would cap off a nearly perfect season that night, having won every event the corps competed in except for a single second place finish during the prelims of DCI Midwest in Whitewater, Wis. The Scouts' 1975 World Championship marked the first of two the corps has won since DCI's founding in 1972.
